Welcome to the Winter Night Shelter Impact Tool and NSTF Monitoring.
We ask for you to record a few details from your night shelter project this year so that we can see trends across the country, target resources and make a case to policy makers for change on common issues across the Winter Night Shelter Network.
This year’s Impact Tool is combined with the Night Shelter Transformation Fund (NSTF) monitoring. If you have received NSTF funding this year, you will be directed first to answer the monitoring questions for this funding. After this, if you are part of the Housing Justice Network, you will be directed to complete the Impact Tool. If you have not received NSTF funding you will just be required to complete the Impact Tool.
Please note before you begin:
• We understand that as time goes on, the outcomes for guests may develop further or change. This tool will be used in combination with others and is only a snapshot in time. We can account for any developments and changes in follow-up data collections.
• Wherever you see an 
icon, you can click/tap this to reveal further guidance and descriptions.
• Please make sure only one person completes this form on behalf of your project, e.g. the shelter coordinator or project manager.
• There is a save feature. At any point you can click/tap the ‘Save progress for later’ button to save your answers. You will be emailed a link to return to continue where you left off.
• This Impact Tool will work on mobile devices but we recommend completing your submission on a computer as you will be required to upload files and provide narrative.
