The Impact Tool for the WNS Network is subject to the Housing Justice Privacy Policy that can be viewed here. However the details of our Privacy Policy are supplemented by the following statement that provides strict limits to the use and record keeping of the personal data gathered by the Housing Justice Impact Tool:

The only personal data that will be gathered by the Impact Tool is an email address that will be held securely, in line with our privacy policy, for a period of time no longer than what is required to gather, analyse and publish the data for each season of the Winter Night Shelter network.

The email address you provide will only be used for the purpose of contacting you, if necessary, to validate, clarify or correct the data you have submitted to us. It will not be used under any other circumstances, nor will your data be transferred from the database linked to the Impact Tool to any other database administered by Housing Justice or its contractors.

Lastly, your email address will not be published or shared with any other agency, beyond those contracted to assist Housing Justice gather and analyse the data. Any organisations who are contracted in such a way will have permission only to view your data, not to use it for any other purpose outside of that which they are contracted for.
